Who are we?

Richard G. Dancer & Associates was federally incorporated in January 2003 by its founder, Richard Dancer, but we are known by the shorter name, RGD Associates. The company was established as an associateship to provide maximum flexibility, breadth and depth of resource skills.

What do we do?

We specialize in the art and science of project management, and for us, it is not just a best practice but a passion.

As a foundation to our services, we use the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Prince framework for project management and governance. So whether you have a project methodology or not, we can address your project needs within a systematic and proven framework.
